30-days from shipment, full refund (excluding customer-authorized air shipping charges), no-questions-asked return policy. All returns must be authorized by calling PATBAR.COM's offices, and must have the RMA number listed on the outside of the box. All returned packages must be back to us within 30 days of when we shipped your order. You are responsible for shipping the item back to us.
